Black Bean Crackers
- 1/2 c. black bean flour
- 1 Tblsp. oil
- 1/2-2/3 c. water
- salt to taste
Mix the salt and bean flour together, then slowly mix in the oil. The result will be a sandy mixture.
Add half the water and mix well. Slowly mix in more water until the batter spreads easily when dropped onto the greased cookie sheet.
Drop half a spoonful of batter onto the greased cookie sheet for each cracker. There should be enough to make roughly four dozen crackers.
Bake for 5 minutes or until firm to the touch. Flip and bake another 3-4 minutes, watching that the edges don’t burn.
Cool the crackers and serve as is or with dip.
