Peanut Butter Blossoms
INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees, remove chocolates from wrappers 2. Beat together butter and peanut butter until blended. Add 1/3 C each granulated and brown sugars, beat until fluffy. Add egg, milk, and vanilla, beat well. 3. Stir together flour, salt, and baking soda; gradually beat into wet mixture. 4. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll in granulated sugar. Place on cookie sheet and bake 8-10 min until lightly browned, immediately pressing a chocolate into the center of each cookie. Remove from baking sheet and place on wire rack to cool |
